RETURN POLICY

7-Day Returns: Return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

Return Fee: A nominal ₹99 return fee is applicable. Products bought on sale/discount are not eligible for return.

Reverse Pick-up: Offered in serviceable pin codes (takes 3-5 business days). Otherwise, items can be self-shipped.

BAGS CARE (TIPS & ASSURANCE)

Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. To keep your backpack looking its best, aim to clean it every 4–6 months. You can either hand wash it using a soft liquid detergent or machine wash it by placing it inside a cloth bag or wrapping it securely in a T-shirt.

Storage & Heat: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat to prevent fabric fading or distortion.

Preservation: To keep your backpack in top condition when not in use, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally stuffed with paper to help it maintain its shape.
